BioHi my name is Katie. I am 25 years old and mainly use this journal to talk about things going on in my everyday life. I am majoring in Elementary Education and Early Childhood development, and am hoping to teach Kindergarten. I have had to take some time off from school because of health concerns so it seems to be taking forever to actually graduate. I also teach 4th grade religous education at my church.
I have a wonderful husband named Jay, who has been one of my best friends for 10 years. We got married on November 26, 2005.
I have a beautiful baby girl named Ashley. She was born on July 14, 2008, and she is amazing. Since having Ashley I have kind of switched gears a little bit and am now running a daycare/preschool out of my home so I can stay home with her. I believe in breastfeeding, cloth diapering, and baby wearing.
